Reporting the C-School Student Attendance and Course Completion

Reporting the attendance and course completion for C-School students has not been an easy task when considering the number of C-Schools and instructors involved.  Making sure the information is properly inputted into AUXDATA is a job only done by personnel from (G-OCX).  Standardization of the information is key to accurate data input, so we've developed the below form:

To maintain a viable and accurate report, the following must be followed:

  1. This C-School Student Attendance and Course Completion form will ONLY be completed and sent by the Lead C-School Instructor or his/her designee.
  2. This is the only form that will be accepted by G-OCX.
  3. DO NOT hit your <Enter> Key, this will submit your form prematurely.  Use the <Tab> Key to advance to the next field.
  4. Hit the <Submit> button, when the form is completed.
  5. Remember to use the field format shown.  Some fields have a validation feature which upon hitting <Submit> checks the form and will give you an error message if you use the wrong field format or miss a required field.  If you get this Validation Error Message, just hit your <Back> button and modify the necessary field.  When you've fixed that entry then <Submit> again.
  6. If your form is accepted, you'll receive the Conformation Page.
